East Lake is a small community on the south shore point of Boedecker Reservoir on Redbird Court. The few homes in East Lake were built in the late eighties and are in the 3400 plus livable square foot range. The East Lake community is lake living at its best with most homes residing on half acre lots. Many homes in East Lake have mountain views in this secluded neighborhood. Closest Shopping is at the Thompson Valley Towne Center at the intersection of South Taft Avenue and West 1st Street. East Lake is within easy driving distance of Downtown Loveland and all its shopping and dining and the Chilson Recreation facility that offer activities for all ages. A quick drive out West 1st Street and a short distance to the north on interstate 25 and you are at the Budweiser Events Center, new Centerra shopping complex and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. East Lake is an equally short drive to the new Loveland Sports Park and the fantastic Winona Pool with its green lounging lawn and fantastic water slide. Schools are Namaqua Elementary School, Clark Middle School and Thompson Valley High School.
